Polyester Staple Fiber Production Plant
SARK TEXTILE (PVT) LIMITED started his business into manufacturing of Hollow Regenerated/Recycled Polyester Staple Fiber. Thus, we had set up a Fiber Plant in the third largest city of Pakistan and an industrial hub of the country named M-3, Industrial City (Special Economic Zone Govt. of Pakistan) FIEDMC ‘Faisalabad’. The annual output is 4200 tons. The major applications of our products are in pillows, comforters, quilts, soft toys, cushions, sofa, furniture’s, jackets, mattress, wadding sheet /rolls and other home textile products. Right from the outset, we have been assuring a fair deal and long term business relationship with our valued customers.
Fiber wadding production plant
We have our own Fiber wadding production plant. The wadding sheets is produced in a range from 50 gsm to 1200gsm according to the customer’s requirements or our own need for the high quality of Made-Ups. We are not only capturing the local market of Pakistan but also exporting the wadding sheets in vacuum and open shapes around the globe. Our capacity of wadding plant is 200 tons per month. We are able to provide any quantity of wadding sheets to any part of the world just within the 20 days of manufacture. The common usage of our wadding sheets are as follows: Quilts, Comforters, Beddings, Mattresses, Pillow & Cushion Cases, Jackets.
Quilting Unit
SARK TEXTILE has technologically advanced machines in its quilting departments. We have the computerized single needle delta quilting machines as well as the multi-needle quilting machines to provide the highest quality quilting made-ups to our customers around the globe. Our quilting unit has a high capacity to quilt 100,000 pieces of bed linen per month. All the made-ups produced in our quilting unit are quilted as follows: quilts, comforters, bedding, bedspreads, mattress protectors, pillow and cushion covers, jackets.
Stitching Unit
We have skilled and experienced workers who are always busy producing highly innovative designs in textile made-ups. Our stitching unit consists of many modern machines. We have the production capacity to meet any production requirement for any quality and quantity. According to the demand, our experienced staffs work hard to produce the best quality according to the requirement of customer. Each sewing unit is designed for a specific type of textile made-ups products to achieve the optimum level of production efficiency and the highest quality standards.
